Welcome to D&B Real Estate Cedar City

This is what Fall Looks Like In Our Mountains!

Cedar City is one of the highest points along I-15.  At close to 6000 feet we enjoy cooler summers than our southern neighbors and warmer winters than cities and towns farther north.  Cedar City is a great place to live!

One of the strongest positive elements of the Cedar City Lifestyle is the Southern Utah University which continues to rate in the top ten of small colleges in the nation.  We enjoy the many SUU sports events, plays and other activities which stem from the University.  My father was a strong supporter of the winning SUU Women's Gymnastic Teams over the years.  I prefer basketball at the university and even manage to play a few games myself in the early mornings several times each week.

With Cedar City nestled against the 10,000 foot mountains to the east, fishing, hunting, 4-wheeling and other outdoor activities are just minutes away.  Many people from the big neighbor to the south, Las Vegas, end up with property in Utah when they get feeling the press of city life and need a place to escape to. Whether you want a permanent home here, or a weekend place or some vacant land for the future, you will find this Southern Utah a great place to be.

Canyon Ridge Surrounded By Golf Course:

The Canyon Ridge Subdivision is the ideal place in Cedar City to call home.  Unfortunately, right now, there are no homes for sale in Canyon Ridge.

There are some lots for sale, however.  Prices have subsided from their highs at $150,000 and you can now buy a great lot for $70-90,000.  Your home can even back up to the golf course, as the fairways circle around inside the subdivison.  Even Cedar City's famous breezes are less noticeable within the surrounding hills.  It's also nice to have a park and playground in my backyard so I can watch the grandkids from my back deck.
